The premium room was lovely, with a large double bed and plenty of space. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, even though we had trouble communicating in Spanish. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and outside terrace where we could relax on hot days. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel catered to different dietary needs, with options for vegan and gluten-free diets. The location was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel and easy access to transportation to the city center. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of food and the staff were professional and friendly.
